The proposed activities will affect air resources. LEGAL NOTICE Public Hearing of the Water Control Commission Town of Berlin The Berlin Water Control Commission will hold a meeting and Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in Room 8 of the Berlin Town Hall, 240 Kensington Road, to consider the following: A project consisting of the planning, acquisition and construction of the reduction of infiltration and inflow of the Belcher Brook Interceptor located between Farmington Avenue and Meadow Lane. Following the Public Hearing, the WCC is expected to consider, and act upon, a resolution entitled "Resolution of the WCC of the Town of Berlin Approving Belcher Brook Interceptor Inflow and Infiltration Project". A copy of said proposed resolution is on file, and open to public inspection, at the office of the Town Clerk, and a copy of the plans and specifications for the project are on file, and open to public inspection, at the office of the WCC.
